I tried darkening this in PS but it didn't seem to help it any. I have a tough time with blind contour drawings, but I know the only way to get past the "hard" part is to practice, so here you have it.

After you scan these light pencil drawings, try adjusting the contrast as well as the brightness/darkness of it. I do this all the time and it really helps!
I tried with this one and for some reason, I couldn't get it to darken, I do that with my w.c. paintings all the time because some times the paint is just too ligth to transfer well.
