I was trying something that I had in my head, it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to however, with this failure, I learned a boat load! I should have just used pen for everything but the sky, sun and water or should have used nothing but paints. It was still "okay" until the "ducks" came into the show (they really are ducks and not surface floating seahorses!). The ink is just too strong for the light watercolor, unless I am doing just a skyline, I think.
