I picked up these Eucalyptus "berries" to draw on my way out of work today. I love the color and shape of them, even the "berry" has the dark red that the mature tree is known for and yet there is also the blue green cast that is distinctive to the leaves. When I take the time and am fully engaged with my subject, I can do an illustration that reflects some of the respect I have for the natural world...
