This takes care of not only today's drawing but this weeks EDM challenge. I found that drawing in reverse is not real easy. If I was doing it over again, I would pick a larger subject but I wanted something small and simple, and part of the challenge was for the subject to be something that we have previously drawn. I love the look of this type of drawing and I probably wouldn't have tried it for a very long time if it hadn't been proposed as a challenge.

Hello Tami,
I've enjoyed browsing through this sketch blog and your photo blog. Your photography is very good and you're making good progress with your drawings & paintings too.

I like your reverse drawing. It reminds me of some drawings that I tried to do with white pencil on black paper. It is hard to switch to drawing the highlights instead of the shadows.

Cheers,
Robyn

LOVELY!!! And I so agree ... I even have a hard time sketching something if it's facing right instead of left! You've done this beautifully, Tami!

I like the finished look, it's a bit like a print. Well done - that must have taken some patience.
