This morning was beautiful, I sat out in the back yard with my Grandmother and painted one of the Rock Rose flowers. When I scanned this it was upside down in the scanner and I realized that my shasows fell better that way ( even though I painted the shadows that I saw), but with the leaf and bud in there, it looked wrong turned upside down. As the day moved on, I did the first mowing of the spring in the back yard. The past 2 months of rain pushed everything to grow!

It has a lovely soft look.
LOVELY flower, Tami! I think the rock roses are such a delicate flower -- and you've rendered it just as tenderly as it is!
