Cloud practice
I'm working on painting clouds...looks like I still need some work...I got confused somewhere along the line and thought I'd missed an EDM challenge for "Clouds" so did this. These things are NOT easy but they are FUN! I'm also practicing painting with a sponge; yes, I know there is a "sponge" challenge, not ready to do that one yet, still learning to paint WITH it.

Skyscape/clouds... yeah aren't they just difficult. I think you have done a tremendous job with these.
I'd rather paint with a sponge that draw it too.

I like this a lot, Tami! The blues and greys really work well. It can be really hard to make clouds look real, but yours do.

excellent clouds. they look like what we had going in the sky over cleveland this morning. a little bit (sigh) autumnal. i liked your woman-by-the-shore painting as well, tami.
This is very nice Tami...Skies look so easy, but are really difficult. I like your clouds, you have lovely variations, like Lin said...that gives them great atmosphere.

Great clouds! They have lots of dimensionality and depth and the colors and shading are just right.
