Gourd

This was a quick 15 minute painting, done at the end of wc class yesterday (I had to leave early). Jana wanted me to feel like I had painted something and not just done practice work, so she plopped down this gourd and suggested I paint it. It is amazing how quickly one can produce something when you don't take time to over-think it. I added the bumps at home this morning, from memory.

Tami,
Your gourd is so pretty. I just told my spouse that I want to do the gourds on our dining room table because they have just interesting features like all their "warts". So I plan to do one as well. Nice job.

BEAUTIFULLY DONE, Tami!! I am so jealous that you're taking lessons from Jana ... she seems like an incredibly wonderful person ... and you must just be enjoying the heck out of your time and all your learning!

You did a great job finishing it up. It really glows and I love the bumps. It's so exciting for me to see it online--I was hoping you'd post it and I'm glad you were ok with the last minute project. It came out really nice.
