Some days are like that -- no chance to breathe -- BUT you sketched and that's commendable!! Good shaping here, too!
I'm so tired but it's too early to go to bed so I'm visiting blogs instead. I have enjoyed visiting yours - you've done some lovely sketches and interesting journalling. Keep going - bake the inner critic in a pie. Alison in Canberra.
Hi your blog is beautiful in the mixture of images, drawings (how do you scan your sketches onto the computer?) and paintings.
You have gorgeous eye for detail and colouration.Does this extend to the garden?
My own palette is the garden with the plants and shrubs being my medium.Like living art with aesthetic beauty.Keep blogging because yours moved me!

Thanks All,
I really appreciate the encouragement. I am pushing myself to draw SOMETHING every day, so far I have done that. As to scanning, I am just using my digital and shooting pictures of my sketch book and then up loading them through Bloggers program.
Sometimes my eye to detail extends to my garden, of late, time has been an issue. I am planning to semi retire in the next year and move up to northern Cal. just south of the Oregon border. Then I will have time to put more detail in the garden.
